*Rifle range and the ATV trails will be closed until January 11th.
*The main gate is in operation. Your unique ID number is now required to open the gate. The test code that was used is now null and void for entry. Again, please enter your unique ID number that was handed out to you. The gate will open after entering your unique ID. There are two sensors under the road. You currently have 120 seconds to enter the gate after the entrance sensor is activated. There is no entering the code to exit. Simply drive to the gate until the exit sensor is activated. Please contact your trustee if there is any issues.
Also, please use the intercom for any issues during club room hours.
A camera is also in operation at the gate.
*A.E.P. coming to relocate power lines. They first need create an access road and log the relocation area.
*Acquisition for 100 more acres is in the paperwork stage. More details at the next club meeting.
*Catfish and Bluegill are now stocked in lakes 3 & 4.
*Mapping and identifying is still ongoing for the riding trails.
*2023 dues and 4 wheeler sticker will be available after January 3rd.
*A Shower trailer is in the works for 2023. Proposed location will be below the basketball court from May to August.
* A superbowl party will be held the same day as the monthly meeting.

*LED lighted aerating fountain for Lake #2 has been delivered. It's going to be installed soon.
*Total deer harvested for 2023: 8 Buck and 9 Doe.
*Mapping and identifying is still ongoing for the riding trails.
*2023 dues and 4 wheeler sticker are now available.
*An equipment/ 4 wheeler/ side by side cleaning station coming soon on a 30'x30' pad where the old spinning sing was.
*The pavilion will receive an extension of 20'x60'.
*Trap shoot will be starting back up. Date is TBA.

*Need workers during catfish tournaments scheduled for April, May, June, July, and August. Sign-in will be provided soon.
*Turkey Season starting April 22nd. The rifle range will be closed until noon for each hunting day. Possibly open back up to normal hours by the end of May.
Twenty guard rail will be installed throughout the club as needed.

*Dam #3 construction is planned for next year.
*Need workers to move a roof from the rifle range to Lake #4 area so it can become a picnic area. Again, contact John Zamski (740) 491-8574.
*The Panepucci Shelter project will have it's deteriorating concrete replaced soon.
*The road paving project will start weather permitting from Lake #3 to the rifle range this year.
*200 yard stands will be installed at the rifle range soon.
*Friday March 17th will have a St. Patrick's Party coinciding with the drawing.
*Jim Mahoney had to surrender his title Sargent of Arms due to time constraints. John Verones is the new Sargent of Arms!
*The grounds keeper's old 4x4 16.5 HP Kubota mowing tractor will have a sealed bid starting at $2,000.00. Please put your name and amount in a sealed envelope if interested. You can turn it in at the club or any trustee. The highest bidder will be announced at the the April club meeting. The club purchased a new 18 HP mower is the reason for the auction.
*Spaghetti Dinner moved to April 29 at 4 PM. Covered dishes welcomed.
*Kids Easter Party April 8th from 2 to 4 PM.
