   September 13th, 2020 Club Meeting

* Only one tree stand or blind per member. Name and a tag from the club house are now required! Below is one of the required tags.









*PV stickers required on all ATVs! No 4 wheelers during hunting season. Below is the required tag on all ATV 4 wheelers.










*All guest are now required to fill out a liability form for any activity such as swimming, trail riding, etc...

*No 4 wheelers allowed through the gun range!

*Lake #4 construction to starting to begin. Road access will be closed soon. Completion will be done at the end of October.

*Deer season starting September 26th. Pheasant season will be decided next meeting due to availability of birds.

*Bathroom renovations are now complete!

*Swimming pool must have an adult accompanied with any children under the age of 12 years old!

*Guest must register every visit or they are considered trespassing!!!



    October 11th, 2020 Club Meeting

*Pheasant are scheduled for stocking on November 5th. Please sign up at the club house to hunt them.

*Unfortunately there will be no kid's pheasant hunt this year.

*Lake #4 dam support/culvert will be here on October 14th.

*The rifle range received new target support springs.

*2 New heaters installed in the pavilion. Two more heaters still coming. CO monitors will also be installed for safety.

*Repairs needed for the New Holland tractor. Still investigating.

*The new bathroom costs were broken down per contractor.

*John Zamski needs 12 members to comb the woods for non tagged stands and blinds. This will start after hunting season in January.

*Trustees went over the changed Bylaws so booklets can be published and available for members by the first of the year.

*Forfeited lots were discussed when campers and permanent structures were left on them. Remember, lots are leased and not owned.

*Lake #2 and #3 were closed until their respective opening dates but the membership body voted to keep them open until October 31st. Then Lakes #2  will open December 1st and Lake #3 will January 1st.

*The biggest discussion was guests and fishing. Again, the membership body voted to allow guest fishing but there are new rules. The guest must pay $1.00 for guest fee and $20.00 for fishing. The sponsor and guest must release all fish during this day. No fish are allowed to be taken. Violations will be sent to the Judiciary Board.

*The definition for members to fish with their family was defined. You are allowed to bring your children and/or  your grand children under the age of 18 years old to fish. A maximum daily limit of fish must be registered under the designated Pine Valley family member.

*Youth Trap Shooting in the works. Stay tuned.

*Lakes 1, 2, & 3, were stocked with fish.

*Lakes will not close for the winter.

*The gate at Lake #1 is now locked closed for Winter.

*Dam construction on Lake #4 has stopped until Spring.

*212 Pheasant were harvested during bird season.

*4 Bucks and 1 Doe were harvested during deer season.

    March 17th, 2021 Club Meeting

    April 11th, 2021 Club Meeting

*Gun Raffle coming in April. About 100 unsold tickets must be returned to the  club or trustees so all the tickets can be sold!

*A series of events and parties will be starting this year per the governor's set guidelines. We are just waiting for the green light.

*First event coming is the trap shoot scheduled for April 24th at 10:00 AM. Contact Joe Shinosky at (740) 827-7411 for any questions.

*Work days currently on hold for 2021 until approval is given.

*Work will begin in June on Lake 4. No fish stocking or road repair to lake #4 until dam construction is complete.

*Junior members voted in to regular members. Congratulations!!!

*Trails are ride-able during unrestricted times. Please do not discard any trash or beer cans while traveling on the trails!!!

*First week of turkey season 4 Wheelers not permitted on trails until after 12:00 PM.

* Second and third week of turkey season 4 Wheelers not permitted on trails at all.

*Again, parties and indoor events are still pending for state approval.


   May 9th, 2021 Club Meeting

*Gun Raffle in April was a huge success. Only one ticket not sold.

  More tickets will be printed for the next gun raffle this fall!

*Work will begin in June on Lake 4 weather permitting. No fish stocking or road repair to lake #4 until dam construction is complete.

*Perch stocked in Lakes 1 & 2. Bluegill coming soon for Lakes 1-2-3.

*Pool cleaned and Lake 2 is filling back up. Lake 2 scheduled to open Saturday May 15th 2021.

*3 acres of food plots will be created for game feed.

* Workers needed to help power wash/paint the docks and decks!

*Seven deer stands were cleared from the woods because of no tags or id. They will be held for the owners to claim until after the next club meeting in June . Then it will be first come first serve!!!

*The gun range targets are being damaged by high powered rifles. Please use only small caliber guns like 22's or 9mm for the steel targets. Bring your own targets when using high powered rifles! Also please clean up after yourself. There is a lot litter being left there.

*Memorial Day party will be held on May 30th @ 4:00 PM. Workers are needed so please sign up! Mask are required for this function!

*The club house will be open on May 31st Memorial Day! Please remember to wear your mask when in or around the Pavilion or Club House!

   starting at 4:00 PM and Fireworks at dusk. 

*The fire range was repaired and some of the targets were updated.

*Frackers are going to pump water out of Lakes 1, 2,&4. They should finish up by the end of April if not sooner. Those lakes will be closed

until further notice. Signs will be posted. Lake 3 will be open.

Dam #4 will be blocked by large pumps when they are in operation.

*The rifle range is closed until April 1st. The frackers are traveling through the range for daily maintenance.

*The Kids Easter Party will be held on April 16th @ 2:00 PM. Food will be provided. Please bring an Easter basket for the egg hunt!

*The Club House will be closed on April 17th for Easter.

*Crappie, bluegill, and perch will be stocked in about two weeks for lakes 1, 2, & 3. Lake 4 will not be stocked at this time due to construction.
