                Jamuary 11th,  2026 Club Meeting

**Work days currently in effect for 2025! Please sign up for your compulsory work day. The compulsory work day is being raised to $200.00. That means dues will be $300.00 at the end of 2025 if no compulsory day was worked. This also require a minimum 6 worked hours to receive credit for the compulsory day. Retired members are exempt. Junior members will be the same as family members.

*Chris Uscio resigned from secretary / treasurer position. We want to thank her for the 40 plus years of service!
*Bluegill was stocked in lakes # 2, 3, & 4. Perch and Trout were stocked in lake # 2 & 3. Those lakes will be closed until February 1st or first walkable ice.   Fathead minnows were also distributed in the fore mentioned lakes. 
*Deer season, One Buck 6 point or larger and one doe only! 
*Please tag your deer stand! Stands need identified because there is an over abundance of them. Some are from deceased members. Other members have more than one stand. Remember, your are only allowed to have one registered stand ( sign up in the club room ) . 

Please note: your deer stand must be removed by March 15th from the club property or face a $50.00 fine. Turn in your stand tag at the club room. This is for the 5 year audit. You will be able to install your stand August 1st of next year.

*No riding on the trails during hunting season!
*Contract for the Handicapped accessible doors were signed for the club house. Now we must wait 5 to 8 weeks for install scheduling.
*One deer was harvested during Muzzle loader season.

*Rifle range is be getting some major upgrades. Order materials is next on the agenda. 
*Marijuana is not permitted on club property. Ohio law states it is illegal when alcohol is sold on the premises. Huge fines could be enforced!
*Vicki our grounds keeper needs workers right before the start of warmer weather. Picnic tables, grounds keeping, and planting apple trees are all planned. Please contact @ 740-530-5731 for a work day.

*Trails will be opened February 1st.

*Trukey blinds will have to be tagged ( personal not club tags ) for identification. 

*New flags are ordered to replaced the damaged ones.

*Please do not litter on any of the Club Trails!

*Tarp and or Luck shoots planned for either March or April.

*Remember! March 31st is the last day to pay your dues!!!

*Members are beginning to ice fish. Several trout have been caught so far. Please be safe on the ice!
*Please tag your deer stand! Stands need identified because there is an over abundance of them. Some are from deceased members. Other members have more than one stand. Remember, your are only allowed to have one registered stand ( sign up in the club room ) .
