  January 14th,  2024 Club Meeting


*Work days currently in effect for 2024! Please sign up for your compulsory work day. There are many events schedules for this year.

*All guest must be registered. No exceptions! Even if there is no fee!

*We need workers for the up coming events! Please contact your trustee to sign up for  2024 parties and projects!

*Rifle range and  the ATV trails are now open.

*The main gate is in operation. Your unique ID number is now required to open the gate.  The test code that was used is now null and void for entry. Again, please enter your unique ID number that was handed out to you. The gate will open after entering your unique ID. There are two sensors  under the road. You currently have 120 seconds to enter the gate after the entrance sensor is activated. There is no entering the code to exit. Simply drive to the gate until the exit sensor is activated.  Please contact your trustee if there is any issues.

Also, please use the intercom for any issues during club room hours.

A camera is also in operation at the gate.

*A total of 17 Deer harvested during deer season. Two deer were taken during muzzle loader season.

*The old dump truck and the brush hog are going to be sold in a sealed bid process. Take your sealed bid for either to the club room or a trustee. The winner will be announced next club meeting.

*Catfish and Bluegill are now stocked in lakes 3 & 4.

*Mapping and identifying is still ongoing for the riding trails.

*2023 dues and 4 wheeler sticker will be available after January 3rd.

*In the process of acquiring another 115 acre parcel adjoining the club property.

*Elections were this meeting. Incumbents won there respected position.

*Railing on new pavilion pad extension. The roof is coming in the Spring.

*Dam #3 culvert needs to be upgraded from state recommendations.

*Please keep the 4 wheelers off of the grass on the Dams!!!

*Marijuana is not permitted on club property. Ohio law states it is illegal when alcohol is sold on the premises. Huge fines could be enforced!

*A 46" TV will go to the first buyer for $125.00. It has low hours but no remote. Please inquire at the club/

*The 115 acre parcel is waiting on the paperwork.

*Unfortunately junior members are not allowed at club meetings.

*The club is closed on Easter March 31st! Please have your dues in by March 30th!!!.

*Railing on new pavilion pad extension is now complete. The roof is coming in the Spring.

*Catching trout, perch and crappie in lakes 3 & 4.

*Spaghetti Dinner set for April 27th @ 4:00 PM. Desserts are welcomed.

*Brush hogged both pheasant fields.

*A crew of guys preformed forestry work and cleaned up the grapevines recommended by the Dept. of Forestry.

*Vicki our grounds keeper needs workers to assist in cleaning up the leaves. Please contact @ 740-530-5731 for a work day.

   April 14th,  2024 Club Meeting

*April 20th to the 27th Turkey season is daylight till noon. Rifle range and  the ATV trails will be closed until noon as well.

April 28th to May 19th Turkey season is till sunset and thus the rifle range and trails will be closed during this time. ( No 4 wheelers except for evening only ).

*May 12th will be a "Luck and Gun Shoot" near the trap range

 @ 10:00 AM. Also will have a 22 shoot.

*Kids Easter Party had a large turnout! There will be an egg limit per child moving forward due to the large turnout.

*Fireworks purchased for the upcoming 4th of July event.

*Round tables and umbrellas were purchased for the new concrete slab at the end of the pavilion.

*Twelve Junior members were voted to become Family members.

*Troy P, Cody L, and Luke S were voted as 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners respectively for the Chili Cook-off that was held March 23rd.

*Unfortunately Melinda and Woody are going to leave us as our caretakers in the near future for personal endeavors. We wish them the best and thank you for the great service!!!

* Applications will be accepted for the new caretaker's position. Apply if interested before next meeting in May.

*There is a cabin near Lake 3 that is going up for sale. Members on the wait list will be offered first. If no offers then it will be offered to the general club membership. This will start on April 23rd and last for 10 days. The club appraisal was 50k.
